What You'll Do

Own and resolve help desk tickets—from hardware and software issues to access and connectivity

Provide hands-on and remote support to both in-office and remote employees

Configure and manage laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, permissions, and applications

Assist with servers, virtual machines, and software license management

Partner with Global IT and contribute to impactful IT projects
What You Bring

2 years of IT support experience supporting 50 users

Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of VPNs, servers, firewalls, and security tools

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

A proactive problem-solver who enjoys learning and improving systems
Hybrid role: On-site 3 days per week
Monday–Friday, 8-hour workdays
