What You’ll Do:
As an Acrylic Technician, you will be a key part of our production team, hand-crafting custom devices using specialized materials. This is a great role for someone who enjoys artistic, detailed work in a steady, focused environment.
- Create & Shape: Fabricate and finish high-quality acrylic components using hand tools and laboratory equipment.
- Add a Personal Touch: Apply colors, patterns, or custom designs to products based on specific client orders.
- Quality Craftsmanship: Pour, cure, and trim materials with precision, ensuring every piece meets our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a talented team to meet daily goals and maintain an organized, safe workspace.
- Track Progress: Keep simple records of your daily production (typically 15–30 items per day).
- Detail-Oriented: You have a "steady hand" and enjoy working with small, intricate parts.
- Artistic Flair: You have a creative mindset and take pride in the aesthetic quality of your work.
- Focus: You are comfortable working in a stationary, seated position while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Team Players: You are reliable, kind, and enjoy working independently as well as collaborating with others.
- Clear Communicators: You can read and interpret detailed work orders and small print.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in precision manufacturing, dental/medical labs, or detailed assembly is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person with a great attitude!
