Position Summary:
Responsible for receiving all incoming shipments and materials. Ensures materials are accurately entered into company systems, properly stored, and sampled or tested as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming materials.

Enter materials into company systems within 4 hours of receipt.

Verify shipments against shipping documents.
-
Document and report damaged or incorrect materials.

Store materials in designated locations.
-
Sample incoming materials per company policy and place in Quality Control hold.

Coordinate with Purchasing on urgent or damaged materials.

Serve as Lead in at least one production area.

Train and oversee Level I and Level II Receiving Associates.

Inspect work and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Required use of PPE and safety equipment, including respirator when necessary.
Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday; occasional weekends as needed.
