Join a well-established manufacturing team in Columbiana, OH! We're hiring Spot Welders who want steady work, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to earn more after just six months. This is a great long-term role with strong support and optional overtime.
What You'll Do:
• Operate single- and dual-tip pedal-activated spot welders (resistance welding)
• Verify welding tip alignment and make necessary adjustments
• Perform tip changes and adjust heat schedules
• Dress and clean welding tips to maintain quality
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and quality control checks
• Stack, band, and label finished product
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Lift/move materials up to 80 lbs
