Project Scheduling & Data Analytics Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to plan, coordinate, and manage project schedules across multiple initiatives. This role ensures the timely execution of tasks while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, priorities, and standards. The ideal candidate combines strong scheduling capability with data analysis skills to support effective decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules to support successful and timely delivery of key objectives.

Gather, analyze, and interpret data to produce accurate status reports and performance metrics.

Ensure work assignments, timelines, and deliverables align with organizational policies and strategic priorities.

Leverage data analytics tools to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, data analytics, or related discipline.

Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with project management principles, practices, and methodologies.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Reports to Senior Manager or Director.
