Location: Vienna, OH
Position Type: Full-time, 2nd Shift
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections
- Apply paint using spraying, rolling, or brushing techniques to achieve high-quality finishes
- Move materials into, around, and out of the paint bay using tow motors, forklifts, combi lifts, cranes, etc.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete painting and finishing tasks efficiently
- Ensure all finished products meet company quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Regularly lift and move items up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools related to painting
- Experience with material-movement equipment (forklifts, cranes, tow motors, combi lifts, etc.) required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand assembly processes
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail, including color matching and finishing consistency
