We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Mechanic to support our client's shop and yard operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on hydraulic repair experience, can work independently, and is comfortable performing repairs both in the shop and in the field when required.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair basic hydraulic system issues

Replace hoses, fittings, seals, and valves

Assist with pump and motor removal and installation

Perform pressure and leak testing

Fabricate and assemble hydraulic hoses

Support general shop and yard tasks as needed

Perform occasional field repairs in outdoor environments

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on hydraulic repair experience required

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality work standards
