Location: Vienna, OH
Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour
Shifts:1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Overtime Required)
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Overtime Required)
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Welding certificate is a plus
- Prior welding experience
- Active Learning & Listening

- Reading Comprehension, Speaking, and Writing
- Equipment Maintenance, Selection, and Operation
- Operations Monitoring & Analysis
- Quality Control Analysis
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues
- Understand raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost management
- Familiarity with machines, tools, and equipment repair and maintenance
- Perform MIG welding and other welding techniques as required
- Read blueprints, work orders, or specifications to determine welding requirements
- Inspect welded components for quality and accuracy
- Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
