Entry Level- Client Services Insurance Representative
Pay: $35,000–$50,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Nesco Resource is seeking a full-time Client Services Insurance Representative to join our client's team. This role focuses on supporting current clients and welcoming new customers by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer policy changes, updates, and adjustments.
- Answer incoming claim-related calls and manage proper follow-up.
- Greet all office visitors promptly and courteously.
- Accept and record payments from customers.
- Confirm and update customer contact information during interactions.
- Provide customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Offer ongoing assistance to clients with insurance-related needs.
- Attend training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
- Assist with policy renewals and retention activities.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and email.
- Willingness to learn insurance products and procedures.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Prior office or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
