Job Summary
The Internal Customer Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for internal customers and departmental representatives. This role focuses on delivering professional, efficient support, facilitating communication across departments, managing conference room schedules, processing work orders, and assisting with internal event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Customer Support

Provide exceptional service to internal customers via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.

Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure issues are addressed with professionalism.
2. Department Liaison

Serve as the communication link between internal customers and other departments.

Facilitate efficient resolution of questions, requests, and service needs.
3. Conference Room Scheduling

Manage reservations using specialized scheduling software.

Coordinate setup requirements and ensure meeting spaces are properly arranged.
4. Work Order Management

Enter and process work orders in designated software systems.

Collaborate with service partners to ensure timely and accurate completion.
5. Event Coordination

Assist internal departments with planning and executing internal customer events.

Support logistics, communication, and coordination activities as needed.
6. Recordkeeping & Documentation

Maintain accurate and organized records of requests, work orders, communications, and schedules.
