Starting Pay: $19.00/hr with potential for increase after 6 months
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday
100% Onsite role
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
This role provides product and order support to consumers via phone, email, and live chat including:
• Handling inbound consumer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and care
• Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using Zendesk
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service
• Support ad hoc tasks and cross-training opportunities across other product lines as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy or ability to grasp technical concepts
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer proficiency (email, basic Microsoft office, order entry)

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
