Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Second Shift Process Tech in Laurens SC. Qualified candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply in person or online today.

Position Summary

The Process Technician is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing production processes to maintain consistent quality, efficiency, and safety. This role supports manufacturing operations by identifying and resolving process or equipment issues, minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities: 

• Set up, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, making adjustments as needed to maintain smooth operations
• Perform routine process checks and accurately record results
• Assist with mold, machine, and production line changeovers as required
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce scrap and enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience with molding, presses, or automated production equipment

• Familiarity with quality systems and continuous improvement practices

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour 

Work Schedule

Night Shift | Monday – Friday
