Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-4:00 pm with some OT available.
Pay Rate: $14.00-$16.00
The position of General Laborer will be to wash, mask, demask, or prep the truck for spray on bedliner application. This position will require use of hand tools, masking aids, application or removal of paper, plastic and tape as well as applying a customer logo on the bulkhead of the truck per written work instructions.
Job Tasks
- Ensure customer vehicle is washed, masked, prepped or demasked based on the job assigned per the work instructions and guidance of the production lead or supervisor.
- Ensure the vehicle is processed in chronological order (First In First Out FIFO).
- Ensure the truck is prepped and ready for the spray on application by acknowledging your work is complete per the work instructions.
- Ensure enough supplies are available for continuous process in the masking area.
- Ensure all items belonging to the vehicle are sent through the process to ensure proper return to correct vehicle.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent is preferred.
- Production or manufacturing experience a plus. Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform work in a safe manner per the Company Health and Safety Policy and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills.
- Maintain a valid US Driver's License.

- This position reports to the production supervisor
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment with no managerial assignments or responsibilities.
- Continued exposure to weather elements, automotive vehicles, chemicals, robotics, industrial and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with limited accommodations and flexible working positions as required.
- Must comply with all Company policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Personal Protective Equipment must be worn at all times while on the production floor.
