Production Technician/Assembler
Primary Responsibilities:
• Hand solder wires, terminals and PCB's Printed Circuit Boards (through hole and SMT)
• Worth with hand tools, including electric and air operated tools for production assembly work.
• Building PC boards per blue prints and or parts lists.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in thru-hole and surface mount knowledge/building
• Experience in thru-hole and SMT repair, rework and touch up
• Experience in pad and trace-repair
• Must have experience in blue print reading
• Desired Certifications in IPC J-STD-001, IPC – A610, IPC-7711-7721
• Ability to identify PCB impairments, (solder joints) on SMT/thru hole boards and make corrections to bring PCB to acceptable level.
• Ability to make corrections on PCB/SMT/thru hole-via touch up or change parts as needed.
• Job set up experience a PLUS
• Familiarity with water wash and cleanliness resting.
• Must have good attendance and adhere to all ESD working environment provisions.
