Basic understanding of good manufacturing practices and working within regulated industries

Assisting under supervision with Contractors
Assist with running lines for various functions
Assist with maintaining and repairing mechanical and plumbing systems
Assist with maintaining Hardware, furnishings and Specialized Equipment
Assist with preventative Maintenance
Assist with repairs to HVAC equipment, multi zone, and heating/ventilating units, exhaust fans, etc.
Assist with contractors, maintain, and repair wood and concrete structures
Assist with maintaining grounds
Perform semi-skilled maintenance duties in simple to moderately complex situations
Usage of power and hand tools
