Front Desk Administrator
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
The Front Desk Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, contractors, employees, and delivery personnel. This role ensures compliance with security and safety procedures, manages front-office operations, and provides administrative support to HR, procurement, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Visitor & Access Control

Greet and direct visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with plant security and safety procedures.

Maintain the visitor log and issue badges in compliance with company access control policies.

Ensure all visitors complete required safety orientation before entering production areas.

Communicate emergency procedures and direct visitors appropriately during drills or actual events.
Front Desk & Communication

Answer and route incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

Assist in coordinating tours, lunches, and on-site appointments.
Administrative Support

Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as needed.

Prepare and maintain basic reports, spreadsheets, and filing systems.

Support procurement and maintenance teams with document handling and vendor coordination.

Partner with HR on onboarding activities and employee events.
