Salary/rate: $18.08/hour
Requirements: minimum 1 year in manufacturing experience
We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to support manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. This role is responsible for operating assembly, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment, completing system transactions (including SAP), and ensuring products meet quality and production targets.
Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and follow manufacturing records and SOPs.

Perform material movements and transactions to support workflow and inventory accuracy.

Maintain safety standards, report hazards, and support audit readiness (OSHA, FDA, GMP, ISO).

Ensure accurate documentation and support quality investigations and corrective actions.

Participate in 6S activities, help improve processes using lean tools, and contribute in daily tier meetings.

Collaborate with cross-shift and cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
Requirements

Experience in manufacturing or regulated production environment preferred.

Ability to follow SOPs, work safely, and maintain training compliance.

Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
