Read and route incoming mail and locate and attach appropriate files to correspondence to be answered
Organize and maintain file system and file correspondence and other records
Answer and screen telephone calls and arrange conference calls
Coordinate schedule(s) and make appointments
Greet scheduled visitors and present them to appropriate area or person
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agenda, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe minutes of meetings
Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
Education:
HS diploma or GED
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be at least 18 years or older
