We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support our switchboard operations, administrative tasks, and claimant coordination. This role combines front-desk communication duties with scheduling and case-development support, and may transition to a hybrid schedule after training.
Key Responsibilities

Operate the switchboard to answer, direct, and transfer calls; assist visitors; and perform general administrative tasks.

Monitor alarms, manage paging systems, sort mail, and provide basic customer service.

Locate appropriate medical providers and schedule consultative examinations (CE); prepare and send CE packets and related documentation.

Respond to inquiries from claimants, providers, vendors, and attorneys regarding claim status, appointments, and transportation assistance.

Contact claimants and medical sources to obtain reports, clarify instructions, and support claim adjudicators.

Track and complete daily assignments and assist with case-development activities requiring sound judgment.
