Nesco is in search of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Specialist/Writer or Technical Writer for the month of November (and possibly December) 2025 in Conover, NC Starting pay: $20.00-$23.00 hour
Job Requirements:
* Strong writing, editing and formatting skills
* Excellent observation and note-taking ability
* Experience shadowing or interviewing employees to gather process details
* Ability to follow instructions and document tasks accurately without changing them
* Attention to detail and consistency in formatting
* Professionalism when working on the production floor
* Prior experience with SOPs, work instructions or process documentation (preferred)
* Manufacturing or industrial exposure (preferred, but not required)
