Dispatcher / Call Management Coordinator

  $17.00/hr | Full-Time | 100% On-Site
  Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 6:30AM – 1:30AM (may include nights/weekends)

Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team as a Call Management Coordinator! You’ll be the communication hub between customers and field technicians — managing schedules, monitoring service calls, and ensuring we meet service goals.

Week 1: 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Week 2: Transition to your assigned schedule
What You’ll Do

Coordinate and schedule service calls for customers and field teams

Monitor real-time activity to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 -  
Maximize technician productivity through smart scheduling
 -  
Communicate updates and ETA changes to customers
 -  
Track technician availability and escalate urgent issues
 -  
Support techs via phone and email
 -  
Participate in team meetings and help onboard new coordinators
 -  
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows
 
What You’ll Bring

Prior Customer Service experience (required)
 -  
Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
 -  
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
 -  
Strong logic, reasoning, and problem-solving ability
 -  
Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
 -  
Quick to learn new software systems
 -  
Associate’s degree preferred
 -  
Background in Customer Service, Banking, Call Center, Field Service, or Production Scheduling a plus
