We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist for a 1-month onsite contract assignment at our Solon, Ohio office.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accuracy, focus, and organization while entering and maintaining important data within company systems. This role supports a time-sensitive project and requires someone who can quickly learn processes, work efficiently, and uphold data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data from source documents into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organize, label, and maintain both digital and paper records.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies or gather missing information.
- Follow company data management and confidentiality procedures.
- Support administrative or clerical tasks as needed to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, office administration, or clerical work.
- Strong typing and data accuracy skills (50 WPM preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.

Schedule & Duration
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday).
- Approximately 1-month assignment, with potential extension based on project needs.
