Tube Roller
A leading manufacturer is hiring a Tube Roller to help build high-performance heat exchangers. In this role, you’ll install fin tubes, roll and plug headers, and prepare assemblies for hydro testing.
What You’ll Do
- Install and roll Fin Tubes into frames
- Ensure tube and nozzle projections are correct
- Roll both front and back headers
- Install plugs and bolt tube supports
- Square up frames for final assembly and testing
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required
- Tube rolling experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Skilled with hand tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
