Manufacturing Staff Accountant
Salary: $65,000–$70,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)
Location: Tulsa, OK

What You’ll Do:

Month-End & Year-End Close: Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

Financial Accuracy: Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with planning, variance analysis, and performance tracking.

Accounts Management: Process vendor/customer invoices and cash receipts.

Audit Support: Maintain proper documentation for internal and external reviews.

Data Integrity: Keep all accounting records precise and up to date.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)

Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle (preferred)

Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
