Injection Mold Operator
Location: Willoughby, OH
Pay Rate: $16-$17/hr plus $2.50/hr shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift.
Shifts: All shifts available
2ND M-F 3:30PM-11:30PM
3RD S-TH 11PM-7AM
Responsibilities:
- Operate ceramic injection molding machines according to specifications.
- Monitor the molding process to ensure consistent quality and output.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and maintain documentation of production.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production team to meet daily output and quality targets.
- Prior experience in injection molding or working with ceramic materials preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and process instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
