Customer Service Representative – Industrial Equipment Supplier

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact helping customers and sales teams find solutions, resolve issues, and keep operations on track.
What You’ll Do:

Serve as a go-to resource for customers and sales reps—handling inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and identifying equipment from photos or descriptions.

Provide daily support to our Inside and Outside Sales Teams, as well as Market Development Managers, ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requests, revise orders, and ensure accurate, timely service.

Contribute to our company’s continued growth by delivering top-tier service and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role within a medium-sized organization—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and teamwork.
What You Bring:

Fast and accurate typing skills (50 WPM)

Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 tools

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Confidence to write clear, professional emails and communicate without relying on scripts

High attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, sometimes interrupt-driven environment
