Identity Management Support
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven IT professional to join our Identity Management team. This position is responsible for account lifecycle administration, system maintenance, and daily operational support within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities
The following duties are mandatory for this role:

Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, home folders, and network shares.

Provide prompt, professional responses and follow-up for Help Desk tickets and day-to-day support issues.

Perform routine Active Directory maintenance, including accounts, groups, and Organizational Unit (OU) administration.

Maintain and enhance existing scripts and automated jobs to ensure operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve account and access-related issues in a timely manner.

Develop, maintain, and update departmental documentation and runbooks to support Identity Management operations.

Administer Office 365 license management and assignment.

Manage and update Group Policies across the environment.

Support and maintain the Identity Management and Account Request Systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Qualifications
Required
-
Associate's degree in a related field or 2 years of experience in Information Technology.

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a professional IT environment.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve identity and access issues.

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Preferred
-
2 or more years of hands-on experience with Active Directory management.

2 or more years of user account administration experience.

Proficiency in writing and/or editing scripts (PowerShell, etc.).

Familiarity with Clinical User Access systems, including but not limited to Cerner, Eclipsys, and PACS.

Experience working with vendor remote connection software such as Securelink or similar tools.
