Inside Sales & Customer service
- Assist customers via phone, email or walk-in
- Provide guidance on products, selection, pricing and other details
- Actively engage customers during sales process
- Provide quotes to clients
- Enter orders into computer system
- Assist management in coordination of customer workshops
- Assist with basic housekeeping of customer area, as well as stocking, inventory, etc
- Follow all safety procedures & policies
