Office Coordinator

Location: Woodbury, Long Island
Pay: $22/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-time 9-6 M-F 

Overview

We're seeking a reliable and personable Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Open and deliver mail
  • Greet visitors and sign them in
  • Order and maintain supplies for the kitchen and cleaning crew
  • Coordinate and schedule conference room usage
  • Update and maintain staff lists, employee rosters, and internal email lists
  • Support general office administration and assist with day-to-day tasks
  • Communicate effectively with staff and vendors
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for document management and correspondence

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • SAP experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22/hour
  • 9 paid holidays per year
  • 15 PTO days annually
