Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or advanced degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with the following: - Ability to read, write, and understand information and effectively communicate with colleagues at various levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with PC operation and Microsoft applications
- Flexible work schedule to meet manufacturing demands, including overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- SAP experience
- Experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Customer service experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Familiarity with liquid nitrogen preferred

Responsibilities
- Support Technician responsible for preparation of domestic and international shipments and fulfilling orders to internal customers
- Responsible for overflow tasks in the manufacturing area, requiring primary and secondary gowning
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to all safety and company policies in a highly regulated facility
- Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment
- Comply with all safety and company policies and procedures
- Manage hazardous wastes as appropriate to their area
- Pull products from storage areas to complete customer orders
- Prepare materials for shipping, including handling of dry ice and/or liquid nitrogen
- Finalize and store products
- Receive and issue materials from inventory
- Organize and store direct materials
- Operate company vehicle, forklift, and/or pallet jack
- Prepare, clean, and sterilize glassware and equipment for use
- Assist with equipment set-up and operation
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain data in SAP
- Attend training classes, workshops, and meetings to improve job skills and product-related procedures
- Assist in training new team members
- Assist in reviewing and developing Standard Operating Procedures
