Requirements:
*Have some computer skills
*Needs to understand Blueprints
*Can read a blueprint and work orders so that they can place all the assembly parts together in the same area for the welders then move them to the next operations
*Doesn't mind counting small parts when needed
*Doesn't mind walking back and forth
