Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Tucson, AZ
Compensation: $71,400 – $105,000 per year (Full-time, Exempt)
Overview
We're working with a growing manufacturing company that is adding a Manufacturing Engineer to their team due to expansion. This is a full-time, onsite role in Tucson, AZ, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and working alongside a team of three engineers. The position does not include direct reports but offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on production efficiency and system optimization.
Responsibilities
-  Improve efficiency and output by aligning engineering expertise with ERP-driven production processes ( Epicor ERP). 
-  Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement process improvements. 
-  Partner with engineering, operations, and IT to implement system and process changes. 
-  Support capital equipment purchases and evaluate plant layouts for efficiency. 
-  Participate in projects from concept through implementation with a focus on timely delivery. 
Qualifications
Required:
-  Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. 
-  2 years' experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. 
-  2 years' experience working with ERP systems (Epicor strongly preferred). 
-  Strong knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing best practices. 
-  Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams. 
Preferred:
-  Experience with SQL or data analysis tools. 
-  CAD software experience (SolidWorks preferred). 
Details
-  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm or 7am–4pm, with occasional overtime or Saturdays. 
-  Relocation: Available. 
-  Hiring Process: Two interviews. 
-  Environment: Onsite in Tucson manufacturing plants (warehouse/production setting).
