Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Tucson, AZ
Compensation: $71,400 – $105,000 per year (Full-time, Exempt)
Overview
We're working with a growing manufacturing company that is adding a Manufacturing Engineer to their team due to expansion. This is a full-time, onsite role in Tucson, AZ, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and working alongside a team of three engineers. The position does not include direct reports but offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on production efficiency and system optimization.
Responsibilities

Improve efficiency and output by aligning engineering expertise with ERP-driven production processes ( Epicor ERP).

Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement process improvements.

Partner with engineering, operations, and IT to implement system and process changes.

Support capital equipment purchases and evaluate plant layouts for efficiency.

Participate in projects from concept through implementation with a focus on timely delivery.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.

2 years' experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

2 years' experience working with ERP systems (Epicor strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing best practices.

Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred:

Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.

CAD software experience (SolidWorks preferred).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm or 7am–4pm, with occasional overtime or Saturdays.

Relocation: Available.
