Pay & Schedule Highlights

Pay: Competitive hourly rate — $22-24/hour

Shift: Friday–Monday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Training: Conducted Monday–Thursday for several weeks before transitioning to your regular weekend schedule

What You’ll Be Doing

Assemble custom mechanical systems from start to finish, following clear instructions and layout drawings

Use hand and power tools to fit, fasten, and align parts such as motors, housings, brackets, and frames

Interpret blueprints and diagrams to ensure components are built to precise specifications

Inspect and handle hardware carefully, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening

Work as part of a team, keeping communication open and following production schedules closely

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times
What You’ll Bring

Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or related trades (or strong mechanical aptitude)

Comfort with basic tools, measuring devices, and mechanical drawings

Ability to follow detailed work instructions with minimal supervision

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and quality

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during your shift
Work Environment
This is a hands-on production floor position, not a desk job. You’ll work around metal components, tools, and moving machinery.
