We're looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Purchasing Coordinator / Expeditor to keep materials flowing and operations running smoothly. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate purchasing activity: Place and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and services that support daily operations and ongoing projects.

  • Build strong vendor relationships: Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.

  • Keep production on track: Monitor open orders, track shipments, and communicate proactively about delays or changes to internal teams.

  • Support inventory planning: Collaborate with department leaders to forecast material needs, resolve shortages, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

  • Own the details: Verify invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare reports on purchasing activity and supplier performance.


What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics preferably in manufacturing or construction environments.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a knack for problem-solving.

  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills you know how to keep multiple priorities moving.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to teamwork.
