Nesco Resource is seeking a friendly, update professional individual with front office / receptionist experience to work in high pace environment, for our Client in Big Flats NY. Candidate must be able adhere to office dress code, able to muti task and complete assignments on timely matter. Candidate also should be flexible in hours based upon HR project needs. Bilingual preferred but not required. This individual should also understand or have experience with managing / handling confidential information.


Monday thru Friday
Pay: $20 to 22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Office

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally.

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously; take clear and accurate messages.

  • Conduct visitor orientations and ensure proper sign-in procedures.

  • Respond to employee and applicant inquiries, escalating sensitive matters to HR Manager.

  • Process daily mail, deliveries, interoffice mail, and faxes.

  • Coordinate guest luncheons and maintain visitor logs.

  • Maintain daily inventory of office and breakroom supplies.

  • Assist QA with GMP procedures for visitors and new hires.

  • Maintain production hourly employee vacation calendar.

  • Maintain bulletin boards and post plant announcements, KPIs, and communications on internal screens.

Payroll & Administrative Support

  • Assist with payroll processing and final sign-off on timecards.

  • Support purchase order processing and expense reports.

  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, employee events, and programs.

  • Serve as backup to HR Generalist and HR Manager for payroll, timesheets, filing, and basic daily HR tasks.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in preparation and facilitation of new hire orientation.

  • Manage and maintain confidential personnel files.

  • Update HR systems and spreadsheets with employee changes and process related paperwork.

  • Support operations with downtime reporting.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Associate degree and 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience (or equivalent).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office equipment (copiers, fax, printers).

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience handling confidential information.
