Fitter Welder – Stainless Steel Fabrication

Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

Fabricating and assembling custom stainless steel components

Performing TIG and MIG welding to a high standard on stainless steel (mainly 1mm – 5mm thickness)

Using tools like grinders, drills, bandsaws, and presses for cutting and finishing

Tack welding, fitting, and aligning components to tight tolerances

Conducting quality control checks on completed work

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Fitter Welder, preferably in a stainless steel environment

Strong TIG welding skills (MIG a plus)

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

Precision fitting, layout, and measurement skills

Experience working with food-grade or high-finish stainless steel is highly desirable

Competent in using fabrication tools and machinery

Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
