              Job title: Lead Maintenance Technician       
              Location: Akron, OH       
              Shift: 2       nd        (Tuesday through Saturday 2 pm to 10:15 pm {Saturdays are a must})       
              Salary: up to $35 an hour based on experience

              Job duties        
- Work with 480 vac 3-phase and lower voltages.
 - Reworking and installation of electrical wiring for equipment, per NEC guidelines.
 - Troubleshoot and replace faulty electrical components such as relays, fuses, power supplies, switches, motors and position sensing devices, machinery controls, etc.
 - Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system
 - Identify equipment concerns relating to the product, process and quality system
 - Troubleshoot industrial machinery, PLC's, and drives
 - Basic welding and fabrication
 - Performs routine preventative maintenance and ensures that machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently. Diagnosing and maintaining mechanical systems, equipment and electrical controls is essential.
 - Follows company safety & quality policies and procedures.
 - Repairs on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
 - Provide guidance and direction with maintenance associates
 - Utilize CMMS for PM's & work orders
 - Other duties as needed
 
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years industrial maintenance experience.
 - Electrical & mechanical background
 - Leadership background in maintenance field
 - Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system
 - Identify equipment concerns relating to the product, process and quality system
 - Troubleshoot industrial machinery, PLC's, and drives
 - Basic welding and fabrication
 - High School or GED
 - Trade School or associate degree, or relevant electrical experience
