Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to build or advance their career in welding, specifically Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). As an entry-level welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal parts, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) to weld steel, aluminum, and other materials.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding instructions.

Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist in other welding and fabrication duties as required.
Qualifications:

Atleast one year of welding experience

Familiarity with FCAW welding techniques and equipment.

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and be part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Must pass a basic welding test as part of the hiring process.
