Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and grant billing.

Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare, post, and review journal entries for monthly and year-end close processes.

Handle all aspects of financial reporting and maintain organized documentation for audits.

Ensure timely and accurate billing for grants, in accordance with funding agency requirements.

Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and financial statement reviews.

Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting, and generate financial reports for management.
