*Work Location: Washington, MO 63090

*No chemical testing or lab experience necessary

*Use of inspection tools- contractor will be taught all stations, but this consists of learning to do bends, micros, using the Haas machine, Vapor Hone, etc.

*No years of experience is required

*Chemical testing: This testing would not be taught until they were further in their career and converted to a FTE from Temp. Frequency is undetermined due to it's relation to testing sheets in the lab and customer specs required.

*Aerospace is ideal but not required

*HM open to candidates with transferrable skills from other technial or regulated environments

*Interpreting production orders and technical manuals experience is nice to have and will be trained

*A degree in chemistry is nice to have but not required

*This role reports to Lab Supervisor and their Shift Lead

*It is a mix of team and independent work

*PPE required depending on the test that is being conducted. PPE can consist of safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, cut sleeves, metatarsal shoes, gloves – all are provided to the employee.

* Testing levels of Hydroflouric acid, Nitric acid and Turco
* Run round robin testing
* Run Hydrogen tests
* Cut or shear orders for testing
* End-mill tensiles
* Deburring samples
* Pull tensiles
* Run lab anneals
* Check work orders to be released and take out scrap
* Scan files and lab packets *Filing of lab paperwork
* Employee will be expected to handle waste material properly and ensure proper container, labeling, storage and shipping procedures are followed per the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Alcoa Titanium Engineering Product (ATEP) procedures
* Employee may be required to respond to chemical, oil or acid spills appropriately using onsite spill response and training provided in accordance with RCRA and ATEP procedures

Skills/Knowledge:
* Must have basic knowledge of math, math equations and use of various measuring instruments
* Required to read and interpret production orders and safety, operating, maintenance, and procedure manuals
* Required to use inspection tools and to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
* Required to read, count and write in order to accurately complete all documentation
