Now Hiring: Senior Production Associate – South Columbus
We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Associate to join a growing team in South Columbus. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with overtime until 4:00 PM and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Pay:
Based on experience and interview.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Stand for 8–12 hours per day while performing assigned production tasks.
• Complete work assignments as directed by the Supervisor.
• Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks.
• Maintain quality standards for all production, including:
- Recording required data.
- Properly labeling and staging all materials.
- Reporting non-conforming products to the Production Supervisor or Quality Assurance team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Comply with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime when required.
• Follow all company compliance policies and the Group Code of Conduct.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure, add and subtract fractions, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Computer Skills:
• Basic computer proficiency required.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Physical Demands:
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for prolonged periods; frequently walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Use hands to handle materials and tools; reach with hands and arms.
• Must have close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and focus adjustment.
