Nesco Resource is hiring for Avionics Technicians to support F-16 Production operations. As a Production Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for installing electrical harnesses, performing operational checks, conducting post-modification testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and avionics systems on aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:

Install and route electrical harnesses and wiring systems.

Perform system and subsystem testing and operational checks.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems.

Conduct wire repair, terminations, and electrical testing.

May assist with APG work related to avionics, wiring, and electrical systems.
Qualifications:
-
Experience in avionics/electrical/E&E systems required.

AVI experience on fighter or attack aircraft preferred, but not required.

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Must be detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Shift Information:
Train on 1st shift Mon- Thur 1st shift (6am-4:30pm)

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am

Weekend Shift: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00am–4:30pm
Shift will be assigned after training is complete. Due to current staffing needs, new hires will likely be placed on 2nd or weekend shift.
