Position summary:
The Sheeter Operator is responsible for maintaining a steady supply of sheeted paperboard to the plant.

Responsiblities

1. Set up sheeter to assure accurate square cuts
2. Pull roll stock for all jobs to be cut and deliver stock to the appropriate area
3. Keep the sheeter running at maximum production level
4. Keep the work area neat and clean
5. Responsible for the daily maintenance and lubrication of the sheeter and other equipment that is used in the work area
6. Unload raw materials from delivery trucks and stack stock in appropriate warehouse and work areas
7. Check out stock for quality
8. Fill out load tickets for each job run and enter information in computer
9. Perform other duties assigned or required
10. Follow all QA procedures pertaining to the sheeter
11. May be required to perform several set-ups per shift

1. Able to read and write at High School equivalency
2. Have general working knowledge of Mathematics (especially with fractions and decimals)
3. Have a working knowledge of the industry
4. Able to read and comprehend job orders
5. Must be able to use various measuring devices

1. Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs. on a regular basis

1. Able to work overtime when required
2. Must be able to get to work on a daily basis and on time

1. Must have a forklift and roll clamp certification

Should be willing to perform all other duties or assignments as required by members of management.
