Position: Employee Relations Specialist
Schedule: 95% Remote / 5% Onsite (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Overview:
This role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite attendance required for New Employee Orientations (NEOs). Onsite rotations will be scheduled after hire. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR and Employee Relations (ER) experience, with the ability to manage investigations, provide guidance on HR policies, and support administrative needs as they arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document employee relations investigations

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance

  • Handle matters related to FMLA, ADA, and other leave policies

  • Support HR operations and administrative tasks as needed

  • Participate in NEOs and other onsite HR activities as scheduled

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR practices and employee relations investigations

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite

  • Familiarity with employment laws, FMLA, ADA, and general HR compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)

Work Environment:

  • 95% remote / 5% onsite as scheduled

  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Hands-on and collaborative environment; must be flexible to assist with various HR administrative functions
