Ready to Shape the Future of Manufacturing?

Are you passionate about automation and technology and excited by the idea of making real, tangible improvements on the production floor? Imagine joining a company on the brink of substantial growth—where your ideas, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise can directly impact efficiency, quality, and innovation.

We’re looking for a talented Automation & Controls Engineer to join a forward-thinking team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and results. In this role, you’ll have the chance to work with cutting-edge automation systems, robotics, and controls technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment—helping to shape processes that set industry standards.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive pay with weekly payroll for hourly employees

  • Comprehensive benefits and 401(k) with company match

  • Paid holidays, vacation, and tuition reimbursement

  • Quarterly bonus opportunities and clear paths for career advancement

  • A culture that values teamwork, innovation, and engagement

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing, programming, and optimizing automation systems to streamline production

  • Troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems and robotics to ensure smooth operations

  • Collaborating with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to solve challenges and implement improvements

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions in manufacturing processes

  • Providing hands-on support and training to operators and maintenance personnel

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

  • 3 years of experience in automation engineering or industrial controls (manufacturing experience preferred)

  • Strong PLC programming skills, particularly in ladder logic

  • Hands-on experience with automation systems, sensors, drives, and SCADA/HMI systems

  • Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and a focus on safety

  • Bonus: Experience with Fanuc or Kawasaki robotics and ignition programming is a plus—but not required

The Environment
This is a hybrid of office and shop floor work. You’ll interact directly with production processes and teams, so the ability to move comfortably around a manufacturing environment is important. Safety gear is required, and occasional travel to other sites may be necessary.
