Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Machine Operator for a reputable manufacturing company located in Mauldin, South Carolina. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable, long-term employment for reliable and hardworking candidates.
Position Details:

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
-
Previous manual machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred - previous experience with nitrile, carboxylated nitrile, natural rubber, neoprene, hypalon, epdm preferred.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
