Provides administrative support at the discretion of the Director to assist top performing sales reps and leaders. Uses business software applications (Outlook, Salesforce, word processing, and spreadsheets) to prepare/send correspondence to clients/referral accounts, request and organize reports, log activity in our CRM, and complete the submissions of sales.
Responsibilities
- Performs general administrative duties for the department as required, including preparation of correspondence and documents with confidential information (e.g., email, reports, client information, etc.).
- Maintains submission workflow, coordinates with clients, referral sources, and sales reps/DSMs while adhering to sales deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must live in the time zone as the team you are assisting.
- At least 1-2 years of admin experience, even better if in the financial or human capital management industry.
