Sales Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview
Provides administrative support at the discretion of the Director to assist top performing sales reps and leaders. Uses business software applications (outlook, salesforce, word processing, and spreadsheets) to prepare/send correspondence to clients/referral accounts, request and organize reports, logging activity in our CRM, and completing the submissions of sales etc.
Responsibilities

Performs general administrative duties for department as required, including preparation of correspondence and documents with confidential information (e.g. email, reports, client information, etc.).

Maintains submission workflow, coordinates with clients, referral sources and sales reps/DSMs while adhering to sales deadlines.
Qualifications
-
Must live in the time zone as the team you are assisting.

At least 1-2 years of admin experience, even better if in the financial or Human capital management industry.
