Position: Production Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ (24th St & Buckeye)
Schedule: Friday – Monday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour Mandatory Overtime as Needed
Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable Production Technician to join our Phoenix team. This role involves hands-on assembly work, preparing and packaging computing products, and maintaining quality standards. Ideal candidates will have assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform low-complexity builds of computing products according to build plans

Install system hardware and components

Prepare and organize materials for assembly

Kit, package, and label products accurately

Identify and process non-conforming materials

Maintain documentation, including component and system serial numbers

Support production and quality goals through cross-training
What You’ll Need:

1–3 years of assembly or production experience

Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, stooping, reaching)

Ability to lift, push, and handle up to 50 lbs regularly

Reliable attendance and flexibility for mandatory overtime

Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

Basic computer literacy and good communication skills
