What You’ll Do
As a Machinist, you’ll work with advanced manual and CNC equipment to support the production and repair of precision parts used in life-saving medical devices.
Your responsibilities will include:

Operating burr hole machines, lathes, mills, and related machining tools to shape, drill, turn, and grind materials to exact specifications.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to produce high-precision components.

Performing setups, measurements, and inspections to ensure parts meet tight quality standards.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.

Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and fellow machinists to troubleshoot and continuously improve processes.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 0–2 years of relevant machining or manufacturing experience (training provided for entry-level candidates).

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manual machine shop tools and equipment; CNC machining experience is a plus.

Skills: Ability to read and understand English, follow technical drawings, and perform basic math and measurements.

Mindset: Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
